All Programs - Outlook Express

This is another shortcut to Outlook Express. There is already one on the Start menu, but like the Internet Explorer icon, you can configure it to point to a different program if you want.

All Programs - Remote Assistance

The Remote Assistance option lets you invite a friend or a support person to connect to your computer to help you with problems.

All Programs - Windows Media Player

This is another shortcut to Windows Media Player. We already described this program when we covered the Entertainment menu.

All Programs - Windows Messenger

Windows Messenger is a program that allows you to send instant messages to your friends online.

This program is now more commonly known as MSN Messenger.
