Accessories - Communications Menu

The Communications menu contains options to do with networking and connecting with other computers or the Internet. These are the options available: HyperTerminal, Network Connections, Network Setup Wizard, New Connection Wizard and Remote Desktop Connection.

HyperTerminal Option

The HyperTerminal allows you to connect to other computers using a command line interface such as Internet telnet sites, bulletin board systems and other computers.

Network Connections Option

The Network Connections option enables you to connect to other computers, networks and the Internet.

Network Setup Wizard

The Network Setup Wizard helps you to set up a network between this computer and others in your home or office.

New Connection Wizard

The New Connection Wizard helps you to set up an Internet connection, connect to a private network, or set up a network for your home or office.
