The All Programs Menu

The All Programs menu contains a number of shortcuts to programs, and folders leading to further menus. This is what the All Programs menu contains: Windows Catalog, Windows Update, The Accessories Menu, The Games Menu, The Startup Menu, Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer, Outlook Express, Remote Assistance, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger

Windows Catalog Option

Windows Catalog enables you to find programs and products made for Windows.

Windows Update Option

Windows Update enables you to search for the latest Windows updates, device drivers and other features that are available from the Microsoft website.

Next is a separator bar then the menu continues with folders containing more menus indicated by the small black triangles
