Our 3 bedroom detached villa is ideally located being only 10 minutes from Kato Paphos and 5 minutes from central Paphos. We are situated just minutes from the motorway in the lovely village of Konia.

 

Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and benefit from air conditioning for the hot summer months and heating for the cooler times of the year.

The rooms are both of a generous size. They both lead directly onto a balcony which extends the length of the property where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or something stronger and look down over the sea and Paphos.

ROOM 1

Has a King size bed which can bed converted into 2 singles should you prefer. Tastefully decorated with built-in dressing table and wardrobe.

 

ROOM 2

Has a Queen size bed which is also tastefully decorated and again has built-in dressing table and wardrobe.

 

Both rooms are opposite a very large bathroom with overhead shower.
